Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool Is Likely In Doctor Strange 2

Written by Edwin Francisco

Ryan Reynolds‘ Deadpool is likely in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

On January 1, insiders told Geekosity Editor-in-Chief Mikey Sutton he’s in it.

Granted, the trail went cold since then.

However, the could mean security tightened.

But Ryan Reynolds’ recent denial has us thinking he is.

Ryan Reynolds has played several comic-book characters already.

They include Hannibal King (Blade: Trinity), Green Lantern, and Nick Walker (R.I.P.D.).

But his most notable work is his role as Deadpool.

He originally played Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Alas, he was never really given the chance to be funny enough.

In addition, director Gavid Hood decided to keep Deadpool’s mouth shut later in the movie.

It’s a good thing that Fox gave Deadpool a second chance by completely disconnecting itself.

Ryan Reynolds started fresh in the Deadpool reboot.

Indeed, Deadpool was one of the best superhero comebacks in movie history.

Not only did Deadpool get popular, it catapulted Ryan Reynolds’ career.

After the Disney-Fox merger, we wondered when their Marvel characters would move to the MCU.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness already has gained a ton of rumors.

Certainly, members of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four will show up.

Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld even expressed his excitement over Deadpool’s possible appearance.

There is no denying that everyone is excited to see what Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has to offer.

When Geekosity owner Mikey Sutton revealed back in October 24, 2019 that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will meet in Tom Holland’s third Spider-Man movie, it was hard to believe.

Nevertheless, people got excited.

Still, as time went by, Maguire and Garfield denied such allegations that they had any participation.

For Garfield, it became a marathon of interviews and lies.

He was especially active in marketing his Netflix movie Tick, Tick… Boom! before Spider-Man: No Way Home‘s release.

Thus, the media took advantage asking him if he was in the film.

But Garfield signed an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

He can’t say a word. Charlie Cox had that same conditions, too.

People have seen what Marvel Studios can do with Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Specifically, they merged three generations of Spider-Men.

People had to see it to believe it.

And when they did see it, it was amazing.

Spider-Man: No Way Home was successful in opening up the multiverse concept.

People are now excited to see how Marvel Studios will top it.

What will Marvel Studios do with the multiverse?

Indeed, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness seems like it’s going to be bigger.

It’s obvious that the media will be asking almost every actor if they are in the Doctor Strange sequel.

Of course, everyone knows that they will deny it.

But people keep asking and hoping that the actors might slip up regardless of how small those details might be.

Journalists have begun to ask Ryan Reynolds if he’s in it.

As expected he denies any involvement.

He stated:

I’m promising, I’m not in the movie.

Right. We heard that before.

The question is, do we believe him?

Remember that Ryan Reynolds has even lied to his own daughters about being Deadpool.

He promised he is not in the movie but he didn’t say Deadpool isn’t.

Well played.

We know Ryan Reynolds loves playing Deadpool when he can.

He’s one of the busiest people in the entertainment industry right now.

Nonetheless, he always tries to remind people that he is Deadpool.

In fact, He even marketed his movie Free Guy in a TV commercial as Deadpool with Korg.

Korg is from the movies Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Endgame, played by Taika Waititi.

Some people even consider that as the first Marvel-Fox crossover in history.

Ryan Reynolds even directed that commercial himself.

We can’t wait to see Deadpool become officially part of the MCU.

We look forward to the only character in the MCU who will be aware of the Marvel-Fox merger and see how he makes fun of that.
