Tom Holland Offered 5 Picture Deal To Remain As Spider-Man

Tom Holland recently shared his excitement to see Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman battle it out in Deadpool 3. Everyone and their mother were ecstatic to learn about Jackman’s involvement in the third Deadpool movie.

After Wolverine’s heartbreaking sacrifice in Logan, it looked like the actor had finally retired from the iconic role after 17 years.

Nonetheless, Reynolds thankfully convinced Jackman to get his adamantium claws back out again for Deadpool 3. We’re finally going to see these two near immortal rivals battle it out in the way we always wanted.

Their first clash in X-Men Origins: Wolverine is best left forgotten. The pair announced this exciting news in a hilarious teaser video that Reynolds posted via his YouTube channel. Moreover, this also meant that Jackman’s Wolverine would follow Reynolds’ Deadpool into the MCU.

In addition, Spider-Man star Tom Holland has also shared his own enthusiasm for the upcoming sequel Tom Holland has always been a fan of Marvel, even before he was cast as Spider-Man in the MCU.

Furthermore, he’s also previously expressed interest in teaming up with Jackman’s Wolverine in potential crossover.

A fourth Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland is currently in active development over at Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures.

Unfortunately, the WGA strike has halted production until a fair deal is struck. Recently while promoting his upcoming movie The Crowded Room, the actor sat down with Forbes.

During his interview, Holland was asked if he would like to see his Spider-Man meet Jackman’s Wolverine and Reynolds’ Deadpool.

His response was:

Yeah, of course I have. I’m a big fan of both of those guys, I’m sure the film is going to be fantastic. I know they have George Cottle Jr. on their side right now as their stunt coordinator and second unit director. You couldn’t ask for a better guy. So I’m very excited for the film. I wish them all the best and I can’t wait to see those two go at it.

Even if Holland doesn’t show up in Deadpool 3, there’s still a strong chance he’ll meet them at some point.

Plenty of familiar faces are bound to appear in Avengers: Secret Wars after all.
