Justice League 2: Zack Snyder Compliments Sell To Netflix Campaign

Justice League 2 won’t happen under the new leadership of DC Studios, but director Zack Snyder complimented the #SellZSJLtoNetflix movement at the #FullCircle event yesterday. In fact, he told it to the campaign’s creator himself, Skiiwalker Tha Jedi. YouTube power scooper Syl Abdul joined Skiiwalker at SnyderCon and filmed themselves meeting their idol.

For those who’ve watched Abdul and Skiiwalker fight for the restoration of the SnyderVerse the past few years, it was an exciting moment to watch. Without a doubt, Snyder delivered the words his followers wanted to hear. While Snyder didn’t provide answers if either Netflix or Warner Bros. Discovery would push for such a deal, it all begins with him.

There’s no Justice League 2 to even negotiate for without the man himself. Justice League 2 would simply be a fantasy forever. Something from an alternate universe.

The anti-SnyderVerse crowd has been pushing the narrative that Snyder has moved on, given up on continuing his DC work and completely focusing on his creator-owned Rebel Moon for Netflix. But Snyder’s positive reaction and visible excitement are the total opposite of such claims.

Skiiwalker asked Snyder:

Last question, I want to ask you, not about the legalities or the probabilities or anything like that but, can you just speak to the resolve of your fan base now that they’re trying to get this [SnyderVerse] sold to third parties.

Skiiwalker’s professionalism shone through in his restraint. Indeed, it was both fair and realistic. This was something that Snyder could easily answer. He replied:

Look, the fanbase has consistently been amazing, and consistently…look regardless of what I think, the fanbase has their own ideas and they seem to win. That’s all I know, they’re the winners. So y’know, that’s all I got to say.

Amazing. This is the same word Snyder used to describe if #SellZSJLtoNetflix reached its ultimate goal.

Too often Twitter trolls and YouTube rage baiters have attempted to toss words in Snyder’s mouth. Thus, it’s refreshing to hear and see it raw from Snyder himself. On video. Live. And nobody with an ulterior motive to there to interrupt him or alter the footage.

Whether or not Zack Snyder’s Justice League 2 is made will be up to the two companies themselves; however, the continuous push from #SellZSJLtoNetflix keeps the momentum going. At this point, Warner Bros. Discovery couldn’t afford Justice League 2. After all, Justice League 2 is too expensive with the studio in financial debt.

Naysayers, especially commentators with no Hollywood experience trying to gain access to Gunn, like to rattle cages by insulting those who believe #SellZSJLtoNetflix will happen. Many possibly consist of the same doubters who argued Spider-Man would never end up in the MCU due to Sony. Nothing is impossible if there’s money to be made.

And WBD needs cash. In addition, they’re open for business. SnyderVerse on Netflix? Ka-ching.

Therefore, Netflix is the most likely option. For now. And Snyder is appreciative of the efforts to assist in making that happen.

There’s only one day left of SnyderCon. That will feature the IMAX screening of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Certainly, the possibility of Justice League 2 will linger in the air once the credits roll. Nobody expected SnyderCon for any major announcements regarding the sequel, especially on Netflix. Nevertheless, many followers didn’t believe this as Snyder’s farewell to DC, either. That’s how the media sought to portray it.

Instead, it simply motivated Snyder’s fans even further. And why not?

They always win.
