Loki star Tara Strong, the voice of Miss Minutes, denies appearing in Deadpool 3. Deadpool 3 will reportedly feature two major characters from the MCU’s ongoing Multiverse Saga. The plot of Ryan Reynolds’ upcoming third entry in his Deadpool trilogy is firmly being kept under wraps.

All we know is that the story will heavily involve time travel following that hilarious end-credit scene in Deadpool 2. Moreover, former X-Men franchise star Hugh Jackman will also be reprising his iconic role as Wolverine. For years now, fans have been hoping to see Reynolds’ Deadpool and Jackman’s Wolverine star in a team-up movie.

The pair first clashed on screen in 20th Century Fox’s 2009 spin-off prequel, X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Nonetheless, the movie was DOA and its existence has since been disregarded by fans and critics alike.

In addition, Reynolds and Jackman have both continuously panned the film throughout the past 14 years. Reynolds didn’t appreciate Fox’s infamously poor treatment of his character. Thankfully, his future self would later rectify this mistake with a bullet to the head. As well as another involving a certain DC superhero Reynolds also portrayed.

Furthermore, it was later confirmed that English actress Emma Corrin had been cast in an undisclosed role in Deadpool 3. Rumors suggests that she’ll be portraying the film’s main antagonist.

Right now nothing else is known about the sequel other than it’ll finally bring Deadpool and Wolverine into the MCU.

Recently a new gossip that’s begun circulating online could give a good indication on how the movie will play out. It suggests that two major characters from Loki could appear in the upcoming sequel. On one hand, it makes sense. After all, Loki swung the doors open to the Multiverse Saga.

According to insider Jeff Sneider, Owen Wilson and Strong are expected to make an appearance in the upcoming sequel. Wilson and Strong both made their MCU debut in the first season of Loki.

Wilson portrayed Loki’s charismatic, jet ski loving-partner Mobius M. Mobius. While Strong voiced the anthropomorphic animated clock Miss Minutes. The quirky character immediately became a cult favorite. Thus, her cinematic crossover seemed inevitable.

Posting via Twitter, Sneider wrote:

“RUMOR: Owen Wilson’s Agent Moebius and Tara Strong’s Miss Minutes will appear in DEADPOOL 3, which will find the Merc With a Mouth crossing paths with the TVA.”

While this would be amazing, I must stress that Sneider is not the most reliable of sources. Most times he posts random rumors to stir up controversy and panic. For instance, he said that Spider-Man’s time in the MCU would be limited after Spider-Man: No Way Home.

He also claimed that Brie Larson was apparently difficult to work with behind the scenes of The Marvels.

Not true at all.

But his recent report has managed to reach one of the actors it centers around.

Tara Strong has debunked Sneider’s claim of her and Wilson appearing in Deadpool 3.

Strong said:

“I saw that online today, right? Honestly, I wouldn’t tell you if I knew, but from what I know, I don’t know anything about that yet. Haven’t heard anything. But I’m certainly down to do it, I think it would be fun.”

Granted, Strong could’ve received lessons from the Andrew Garfield School of Denial. Prior to Spider-Man: No Way Home, Garfield probably set a record of the number of times an actor can lie about starring in a film. Actors sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to keep their mouths shut.

Regardless, Wilson and Strong will reprise their roles in Loki Season Two later this year.
