Charlie Cox‘ Daredevil shows up in a deleted scene in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is now officially available to be purchased online digitally, but you still have to wait for the Blu-ray version which will have a ton of features that we can’t wait to see.
So far, we’ve only seen the theatrical version which had Charlie Cox play as Matt Murdock talking to Peter Parker, Aunt May and Happy Hogan in their apartment. He tells them about their legal position regarding Peter Parker as Spider-Man.
After that, there are some charges against Hogan and that he needs a good lawyer. And Murdock is a good lawyer. As for fans of the Netflix Daredevil series, this was a fun scene to watch. But of course, we really want to see more of Charlie Cox.

Murdock’s visit to Parker did feel a bit rushed. Somehow their legal issues just quickly solved in a very short scene. And we never saw what happened to Hogan’s case.
It turns out that there is more to that in a deleted scene. You can see the video here.
The clip itself is very short. But it seems like a continuation of Murdock being Hogan’s lawyer. Based on this, it’s possible that there is a lot more story regarding Parker and friends’ legal issues. We do wonder if we will see more deleted scenes with Charlie Cox in it.
Daredevil is now part of the MCU as what we have seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home. And his arch enemy Kingpin, played by Vincent D’Onofrio, has already entered the same universe through the show Hawkeye. And based on some of our reports, he is already set to reprise his role as Daredevil in Disney Plus’ Echo and She-Hulk.
It also has been reported that a Daredevil show is also in early production at this time. Possibly even continuing his story that was unfinished in the Netflix series.

Charlie Cox said in an interview:
I wouldn’t put it past the folks at Marvel to be able to accomplish that. I’m such a fan of everything they’ve done so far, I wouldn’t underestimate them at all. So if they wanted to make a more PG version of Daredevil, I back them to find a way to do where it feels totally in keeping with everything we’ve done. And maybe there’s a little less blood, maybe there’s a little whatever, but I back them to do it
My feeling is that the comics work best. The Daredevil comics, for me, are more exciting, readable, relatable when they lives in a darker space. Having said that like, and obviously, I’m thinking the Bendis/Maleev run is probably the best example of that.
Netflix’s portrayal of Daredevil was close to perfection. Charlie Cox is proud of what he has done with the series and there are a lot of fans of the show. His interview just shows that he has the same worry as us as fans of the franchise.
We can’t wait to see Charlie Cox’s Daredevil back in action again.
