Venom could meet Tom Holland sooner than expected as the symbiote is rumored to appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
This new report corroborates Geekosity‘s own leak from September 16.
Geekosity Editor-in-Chief Mikey Sutton revealed that Venom would briefly appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is currently shaping itself up to be the most ambitious crossover movie since the first Avengers in 2012.
This seemingly serves not just a culmination of Tom Holland’s initial Spider-Man trilogy but also every live-action web-slinger film to date.
Both of the previous Spider-Men and their villains from the Sam Raimi and Marc Webb Spider-Man universes have a part to play in the movie.
Fans are convinced that Tom Hardy’s Venom from his own universe will join in on the fun.
In the post-credit sequence of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Hardy transported the character into the MCU.
Hardy teased this on his Instagram account.
He posted an Instagram selfie of him wearing a Spider-Man: No Way Home crew members hat.
Apparently, Tom Holland is no longer the Spoiler King in the Spider-Verse.
Taking both of these points into consideration it looks like it’s guaranteed that the fan favorite symbiote and it’s host will be appearing in the film in some capacity.
Furthermore, we apparently we now have even more confirmation of Hardy’s possible involvement.

How big of role Venom has remains to be seen.
After all, the Tom Holland flick is already packed with several notable characters as it is.
Consequently, don’t expect Tom Holland punching Venom in the movie.
Moreover, the Venom cameo is likely in a post-credit scene, too.
Tom Hardy displayed sneaky Instagram photos of fan art with Venom biting down on Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.
In addition, one showed Hardy cosplaying in the Iron Spider suit from Avengers: Infinity War.
It looks like these hints are now finally coming to fruition.
