Tom Holland's Spider-Man Is Not Leaving MCU After No Way Home

Tom Holland is not leaving the MCU; furthermore, neither is Spider-Man.

Predictably, certain other websites twisted Tom Holland’s words for ad revenue.

Rage bait.

Click and share as you become upset; true enough, the intentional misinterpretation spreads across the globe.

Click, click, click equals ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching.

This happened before in late August 2019. Back then, everyone claimed that Disney and Sony split over Spider-Man.

On Facebook, I leaked they were wrong. Sony blew hot air to acquire better leverage.

Naysayers scoffed, but my scoop was triumphant.

Their arguments against mine are laughable now.

Here we go again.

First of all, Tom Holland didn’t say he was finished as Spider-Man; furthermore, he didn’t say Sony was ending their relationship with Disney.

This is what Tom Holland actually said to Entertainment Weekly:

We were all treating [No Way Home] as the end of a franchise, let’s say. I think if we were lucky enough to dive into these characters again, you’d be seeing a very different version. It would no longer be the Homecoming trilogy. We would give it some time and try to build something different and tonally change the films. Whether that happens or not, I don’t know. But we were definitely treating [No Way Home] like it was coming to an end, and it felt like it.

Yes, Tom Holland was treating Spider-Man: No Way Home as the end of a franchise.

The key word is “treating.” Emotionally, it is the last part of a three-chapter story arc.

The actors in Avengers: Endgame probably felt the same way.

Hilariously, it is the end of the Homecoming trilogy.

We know that, Captain Obvious.

On December 25, 2020, I revealed that the next trio of Spider-Man movies would be darker with extremely violent foes like the Kingpin.

Tom Holland’s statement about “tonally” changing the films nearly confirms my scoop of Peter Parker’s college years.

What’s Going On?

Tom Holland needs a new contract. Spider-Man: No Way Home, unless the pandemic turns worse again, has the potential of being the web-slinger’s biggest ever.

Make no mistake: This is Avengers: Endgame level big.

Consequently, Tom Holland will want a larger pay day. Fellow MCU icon Robert Downey Jr. advised him on that.

Tom Holland is going to get paid. No doubt about it.

However, once his agent makes the contract negotiations public, dubious websites and YouTubers will feast on that.

Click, click, click equals ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching.

I predict countless media outlets will publish numerous “Tom Holland contract in doubt” articles. It won’t stop. I warn you now.

Sony’s FOMO

FOMO is Fear Of Missing Out. Sony wants as many of you to rush to the theaters as possible.

After all, this might be Tom Holland’s last stand as Spider-Man. (Spoiler alert: Not true.)

There’s going to be speculation that Miles Morales will take over already.

Click, click, click equals ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching.

Nevertheless, they’re inevitable like a new Tom Holland deal.

Don’t You Forget About Venom

Venom: Let There Be Carnage featured a post-credit scene with the symbiote transported to the MCU.

That won’t be continued in Spider-Man: No Way Home; however, sources said don’t expect anything more than a Venom cameo there.

The Venom cliffhanger won’t be unfulfilled; moreover, since he is in the MCU, it’ll be a Marvel Studios production with Tom Holland.

So how is Spider-Man: No Way Home the finale of it all?

There are more holes in this speculation than Swiss cheese.

In the end, this tangled web will sort itself out like in 2019.

Furthermore, Disney will deepen their relationship with Sony.

The pieces of the puzzle are in plain sight.

Spider-Man…gone?

No way, man.
