Tom Holland Will Be A Richer Spider-Man

Written By Kieran Bugg

Tom Holland is about to become a richer Spider-Man.

That shouldn’t be a shock.

After all, Spider-Man: No Way Home became the only pandemic-era film to join the $1 billion club.

It’s inevitable that Tom Holland will receive a massive raise to continue as Spider-Man.

Tom Holland’s salary grew the past few years.

Moreover, so did his roles.

Of course, much of this is due to Spider-Man.

According to Variety, he can now earn a whopping eight-figure sum for starring in movies going forward.

For his mind-blowing MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War, the actor reportedly earned just $250,000.

Indeed, that’s shockingly a small amount for an actor playing a character as big as Spider-Man.

Moreover, it’s Spider-Man in the MCU.

Nevertheless, it makes sense the sum was relatively small.

His screen time in Civil War was only around ten minutes.

In addition, it was also his first time playing Spider-Man.

However, when he went solo in Spider-Man: Homecoming, he was paid double of what he earned for Civil War as a base salary.

Furthermore, after Spider-Man: Homecoming proved to be a financial hit, he earned a $1.5 million bonus.

Beyond that, he received a total of $6 million for both of his appearances in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

Big dollars, yes.

He would later go on to take $4 million to $5 million for Spider-Man: Far From Home.

How much he earned for Spider-Man: No Way Home hasn’t been disclosed.

It doesn’t matter.

The movie’s colossal success pushes him further north.

Besides Spider-Man, the 25-year-old actor also managed to take on various other leading roles.

He voiced Ian Lightfoot in Pixar’s Onward.

Still, Tom Holland’s take on legendary video-game character Nathan Drake in Uncharted could hand him a new franchise.

Obviously, Uncharted doesn’t have the box-office punch of Spider-Man or the MCU.

Nonetheless, Uncharted looks like a spirited Indiana Jones-esque adventure.

It doesn’t have to be Spider-Man to be popular.

Uncharted could propel Tom Holland even further.

He’s also young; his will be a long career.

This makes Tom Holland a valuable talent that neither Disney, Sony or any other movie studio would want to risk losing.
