Tom Holland will continue working with Marvel Studios after Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Tom Holland will continue working with Marvel Studios after Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed that the Sony-Disney partnership will continue after the movie.

However, what about Tom Holland?

Tom Holland’s contract ends after Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The film will be a box-office monster; it’ll devour everything in its path.

In other words, Tom Holland hears the sound of cash registers.

According to Small Screen, money won’t be an issue.

Their source revealed:

Money is no object for Marvel and Sony, so it’s not a money thing.

Unfortunately, online speculation disguised as rumors suggested that Miles Morales could replace Peter Parker.

In other words, Sony would sign a different actor.

There’s no truth to this.

True, Morales will leap from animation (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) to live action.

But Marvel Studios mapped out another trilogy for Tom Holland.

Furthermore, Tom Holland will appear in other MCU movies.

Nevertheless, Small Screen’s source added that Feige doesn’t want to oversaturate the actor:

“Sony basically wants to put Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in every single ‘SpiderVerse’ property they can. They want to milk it, but Marvel Studios is much more cautious.”

Moreover, Tom Holland has concerns as well.

“The issue is that Tom loves playing the character, but he also doesn’t want to end up getting typecast. He wants to do other projects aside from Spider-Man and the MCU.”

Sony cast Tom Holland in the video-game adaptation Uncharted.

The action/adventure pic delivers Tom Holland an Indiana Jones-type role as a treasure hunter.

If successful, it could become Tom Holland’s second hit franchise.

Sony unleashes Uncharted on February 18, 2022.

Unfortunately, critics slammed Tom Holland’s last two films.

Reviewers tossed darts at Cherry.

Chaos Walking bombed in theaters.

In fact, Lionsgate spent $100 million on Chaos Walking.

It grossed $25 million.

Ouch.

Small Screen also scooped that Marvel Studios wants Tom Holland to “lead a group of young heroes.”

Young Avengers, anyone?

Small Screen’s source concluded that:

Tom will play Spider-Man again after No Way Home, they just need to work out all the logistics first before anyone puts pen to paper.
