Michael B Jordan will reportedly be back for two more secret MCU projects after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

According to Giant Freakin Robot, Michael B. Jordan shot scenes for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Granted, Killmonger died in the first movie.

However, Phase Four successfully established the multiverse and variant timelines. In other words, anything can happen. Specifically, a character can have multiple versions. Moreover, different actors can portray the same character.

The presence of the Talocan society itself indicates a path for Killmonger a.k.a. N’Jadaka to get back into the world of the living. As shown in the Disney Plus series Moon Knight, the afterlife has many versions. Thus, it depends on the culture and beliefs of the one entering it. For example, the goddess Taweret mentioned that Wakandans’ mythical green valley is one of such afterlife versions.

Moon Knight was able to return from his afterlife.

N’Jadaka may have entered the Talocan afterlife after they buried his remains in the ocean. That may explain why Namor has quite an interest in Wakanda. He may even have a vindictive disposition if he knows about the place through N’Jadaka’s point of view.

If not his resurrection in the second movie, Killmonger may still show up as perhaps a recording of the past or a flashback or a spirit in the afterlife itself. There will be the possibility of encountering his variants.

The Disney Plus animated series What If…? explored the idea of a variant. In other words, it’s possible in live action. Jordan’s other MCU projects remain unknown, at least according to GFR.

With the announcement of Avengers: Secret Wars, Marvel Studios has hundreds of characters they can include in future projects. Actors, including Michael B. Jordan, will be instrumental in adding to the grand scale of the multiverse.

However, knowing N’Jadaka’s final choice, he either gets his way or he dies trying. Could this one version’s fate be the same for all variants? We remember his final words:

Just bury me in the ocean with my ancestors that jumped from the ships. They knew death is better than bondage.
