McFarlane Toys dives deeper into the DCEU with action figures based on The Snyder Cut. The company released images from the line. Two of the figures, Darkseid and Steppenwolf, are available via Amazon for preorder.
Prior to this, YouTuber Ninja Knight uncovered and shared screenshots of The Snyder Cut-based figures.
The screenshots included information such as product stock images, details on the figures, and suggested pricing.
The screenshots show this wave labeled as the “DC Multiverse” line, which includes Superman, The Flash, Batman, Darkseid, Steppenwolf, and Aquaman.
Much to the joy of collectors, Cyborg was included.
McFarlane Toys Releases Snyder Cut Action Figures
According to these listings, the four heroes will retail at $19.99, and stand at the 7″ mark.
They will be available for pre-order in advance of their targeted July release dates.
Steppenwolf and Darkseid, though, will be deluxe style 10″ figures; each are priced at $39.99.
Jay Cochran of Toy News International reported this information.
Cochran learned this earlier in the year from a Filipino toy store, Matt’s Box.
This listing mentioned each of The Snyder Cut figures as well as alternates for Cyborg, Batman, and Superman.
In addition to the JL wave, the listing mentions Wonder Woman, who is based more on a different comic wave, rather than her film version.
Interestingly, with the sheer number of DC figures that McFarlane Toys has released, these will be his initial foray into the Justice League itself.
We have seen him create movie version figures of Wonder Woman previously, but these new JL based figures will be an exciting addition to any collection.
I have been impressed with the recent improvements in sculpt and articulation shown by McFarlane and can’t wait to check out these new figures.
