Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse is full of action, heart, passion and quite possibly the best Spider-Man film to date.
Hailee Steinfeld, Shamiek Moore, Oscar Isaac, and the whole cast bring stellar performances. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that this is an animated feature.

Directors Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson broke the code on how to bring a comic book to life on the big screen.
Any Marvel fan that has ever opened a comic book up will be instantly transported into this visually stunning iteration and immediately recognise it as genuine.
With all the Spider-Verse easter eggs and Marvel references you can shake a stick at, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse lives up to the hype and surpasses it and more.
To continue to praise this movie would get into spoiler territory, so I will leave you with my final thought 4.9 out of 5.
This is The Empire Strikes Back for both Sony and Marvel, not a copy of, but in storytelling spirit.
