After Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock debuts in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, he could be headed for his own streaming series on Disney Plus.
Sources revealed that Marvel Studios discussed Adam Warlock to headline his own Disney Plus show.
An insider explained:
Marvel Studios definitely will utilize him after Guardians, but he’s not big enough to carry a theatrical movie on his back.
The MCU finally found its Adam Warlock for in British rising star Will Poulter of The Maze Runner franchise.
Furthermore, the critically-acclaimed 2019 horror film Midsommar and 2015’s Oscar winner The Revenant carried him into the public eye.
Fans anticipated Adam Warlock’s MCU debut for a long time now.

He was first teased in one of the various post-credit scenes to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
In addition, Many believe they saw the character’s iconic cocoon in the Collector’s museum during Thor: The Dark World‘s post-credit scene.
However, James Gunn debunked this; he directed that segment.
Deadline broke the news of Will Poulter’s casting as Adam Warlock.
Gunn confirmed on his Twitter that Will Poulter is indeed playing Adam Warlock.
Moreover, he praised the actor for his incredible talent and welcomed him to the Guardians of the Galaxy family.
In response, Will Poulter shared his gratitude to the director and his enthusiasm for the role.

Many were unsurprisingly disappointed that the character was left out of both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
After all, Adam Warlock had a large role in the comic-book storyline the movies were based on.
Nevertheless, his upcoming appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will only be the beginning for Poulter’s time in the MCU.
Not much is known about the potential Adam Warlock Disney Plus show.
Whether or not it’s in active development is up in the air, to our knowledge.
