Ryan Reynolds will indeed be dropping F-bombs in Deadpool 3.
Even though then-Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed to shareholders in December 2019 that the Deadpool cinematic franchise would keep its adult edge, a number of other sites claimed that wouldn’t be the case.
I reported on October 8th that Deadpool 3 would still be rated R.
Sure enough, Deadline confirmed that is the case:
Sources say the film is still expected to be rated R like the previous two installments.
Disney is aware that the character’s raunchy antics is an essential part of his huge popularity; strip that off, and he’s lost his edge.
