New evidence proves that Marvel Studios is developing a World War Hulk film. Marvel Studios has registered Shadowstone Productions LLC, possibly making a new movie under the new name.

Just what exactly is Shadowstone Productions? At the moment, no one knows. On the business side, LLC stands for Limited Liability Company. It is a corporation that parties form but with the flexibility of a partnership. It makes us think who the partners behind this LLC may be.

No doubt, it is interesting why Marvel Studios would register a new production group. Of course, the name of the company could be a clue. Interestingly, Shadow-stone is a material in the comic books. In fact, a refugee group called the Warbound uses it in a ship. And this particular group comes from the planet Sakaar, called the Shadow People. In the MCU, we’ve visited Sakaar before in Thor: Ragnarok. Remember the junk planet? It’s where Thor (Chris Hemsworth) got lost, thrown into and found the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). In turn, a latest mention of Sakaar comes from the recently concluded Disney Plus series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Because of this, people are now assuming that Shadowstone Productions LLC might be working on a Hulk film. Not only that, but the rumor from several sources claim that World War Hulk is actually in development.

The Cosmic Circus first reported the connection of Shadowstone Productions to Marvel Studios. They have also indicated that the project that they are working on is for a movie or theatrical release. The outlet made the possible connection of the production to a Hulk film.

Nevertheless, ownership of the Hulk is still with Universal Pictures. And just like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s villain Namor, Marvel Studios can’t use the Hulk or Namor for a solo film. It’s Universal Pictures which has to distribute the film. Disney wouldn’t go for that.

The Incredible Hulk was the weakest MCU film at the box office. But this was only the second MCU film. Back then, no one really knew how far Marvel Studios would be able to take its grand story arc. Still, the question remains of how big of a demand there is for World War Hulk.
