Marvel Studios Could Have The Avengers, Eternals, And X-Men Fight In A Movie

Could Marvel Studios have the Avengers, the X-Men, and Eternals fight in a film?

Marvel Comics loves crossovers.

Furthermore, they do them well.

For example, 1985’s Secret Wars was an incredible read.

After all, it was a thrill to see so many heroes altogether in one battle together.

Fans couldn’t get enough of it.

Marvel Comics took notice and made it a regular thing.

In fact, a major event happens almost every year.

Marvel Studios has also done the same thing.

The first Avengers movie was already a milestone, then they did it again with Captain: America: Civil War.

Afterwards, the incredible Infinity War and Endgame happened.

We all wonder: how can Marvel Studios even top Endgame?

Marvel Comics is about to release Judgment Day.

There was an Inhumans comic with the same title in 2018.

This is different.

Judgment Day combines the Avengers, Eternals, and the X-Men.

Here is the official synopsis:

The X-Men have achieved immortality and mutants have taken their place as the dominant species on the planet. The Eternals have discovered long hidden knowledge about their species, including a devastating truth about mutantkind. The Avengers have come into direct conflict with the Celestials and are currently using a fallen Celestial as their base of operations, slowly unlocking its secrets. When the Eternals brazenly target the mutant nation of Krakoa, the Avengers try desperately to de-escalate a potentially apocalyptic war. But this is no simple conflict. The Eternals’ purpose cannot be denied and mutant kind’s future will not be threatened. And after the opening battles, new players and revelations for both sides will emerge as the inhabitants of the Marvel Universe are judged by the greatest power they’ve ever come into contact with.

A war between X-Men and the Eternals.

And the Avengers are in the middle of it?

We all know that this is an interesting premise.

But will Marvel Studios also plan to make this into the MCU?

Marvel Studios has been securing stories from their comics division.

It’s no surprise that all the newer comics are automatically secured for potential film adaptations.

So, it’s not far off that Judgment Day may turn into a movie at some point in the future.

But how long would that be?

I doubt that it will be anytime soon.

You can bet for sure that Marvel Studios will also make changes to the story.

They have to make creative liberties to make the story fit into the MCU.

Remember that the live-action Civil War, even though it was an amazing movie, was underwhelming if you compare it to the events of the actual comic mini-series.

Also, Marvel Studios still hasn’t established the mutants yet.

We haven’t seen any movie that refers to mutants in the MCU just yet.

Maybe the new Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will initially introduce them.

But when will mutants or the X-Men be part of the MCU?

So, we still have to wait for a while to see this through.

But for sure, as any big event in the MCU, Judgment Day may turn up on the big screen.
